Meet Your Doula

Hi, I’m DiAndra — Postpartum Doula & Lifelong Baby Enthusiast

DiAndra Espinoza

If you’re looking for a postpartum doula who brings calm, confidence, and a bit of real-world magic to your growing family—I’d love to support you.

Caring for babies and supporting new families has always felt like second nature to me. Long before I became a postpartum doula, I spent four years as a newborn and infant nanny, and even before that, I was the go-to baby whisperer in a big family full of nieces and nephews. Being around little ones has always brought me joy—but what truly lights me up is helping new parents find their rhythm and confidence in those early, tender weeks and months.

My approach to postpartum care is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply personalized. I blend the practical support you'd expect from a seasoned caregiver with the emotional presence of someone who truly understands how vulnerable and powerful this transition can be. Whether you're recovering from birth, adjusting to a new routine, or just need a little extra support to breathe and regroup—I’m here for you.

I especially love working with all kinds of families: single parents, LGBTQ+ parents, adoptive families, and anyone who might feel like they’re doing things a little differently. You deserve support that meets you where you are, without assumptions or pressure.

When I’m not working, I’m usually off crafting, hiking Colorado trails, kicking a bag at the gym, or getting a new tattoo. I don’t have kids or pets of my own, but I’ve devoted much of my life to caring for other people’s little ones with all the love and thoughtfulness I’d give my own.

  • "DiAndra has a very calming and relaxed demeanor which made me feel comfortable with her from the start. She was great with my baby and provided me an overnight review via text of how the night went every morning. The nights she was with my family, I slept well and woke refreshed. I very much enjoyed and appreciated the service she provided."

  • "DiAndra has been there for my family since my daughter's second week of life. First, she served as a postpartum and night doula and then later as a part-time daytime infant caregiver. Now, 4 months into our relationship, I can say unequivocally that DiAndra has made our introduction into parenthood much easier. DiAndra talks, reads, and plays with our daughter. She helps with dishes and light housekeeping. Beyond the fact that my daughter loves her, DiAndra has been a wealth of information and advice as we navigate everything from gassiness to her first virus. I fully trust and recommend DiAndra to care for all mothers and babies."
