Caring for babies and supporting new families has always felt like second nature to me. Long before I became a postpartum doula, I spent four years as a newborn and infant nanny, and even before that, I was the go-to baby whisperer in a big family full of nieces and nephews. Being around little ones has always brought me joy—but what truly lights me up is helping new parents find their rhythm and confidence in those early, tender weeks and months.
My approach to postpartum care is warm, nonjudgmental, and deeply personalized. I blend the practical support you'd expect from a seasoned caregiver with the emotional presence of someone who truly understands how vulnerable and powerful this transition can be. Whether you're recovering from birth, adjusting to a new routine, or just need a little extra support to breathe and regroup—I’m here for you.
I especially love working with all kinds of families: single parents, LGBTQ+ parents, adoptive families, and anyone who might feel like they’re doing things a little differently. You deserve support that meets you where you are, without assumptions or pressure.
When I’m not working, I’m usually off crafting, hiking Colorado trails, kicking a bag at the gym, or getting a new tattoo. I don’t have kids or pets of my own, but I’ve devoted much of my life to caring for other people’s little ones with all the love and thoughtfulness I’d give my own.
